Nirmal Mehta
Co-Founder and President

Mr.Mehta founded Microexcel with one basic idea - to build an organization which was deeply committed to values, in the firm belief that success in business would be its inevitable, eventual outcome. Unflinching commitment to values continues to remain at the core of Microexcel.

Mehta strongly believes that ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things and that the key to this is creating highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders and invests significant time in interacting with them.

In Mehta’s view, the Microexcel brand promise of 'Your Technology Partner' is the driving force for delivering value for customers - which is the heart of business success. Mr.Mehta attended the Mumbai University and manages the day-to-day operations of the company and is accountable for the people and profits of the organization while maximizing client satisfaction and overall growth.

Paul Simon
Paul is associated with Microexcel since its inception in 2001 and currently is the COO and Sales Director of the Company. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and has a rich background of Sales, Technical, Enterprise Solutions, Bleeding Edge Technologies and Vertical Domains. He has 14 years of IT experience working all around the globe. Out of this over 10 years have been in Management Positions in various IT consulting firms. Prior to joining Microexcel, he was the Regional Director of Yash Technologies, IL.

Philip Rosenbach
Philip is Microexcel’s business law attorney and legal advisor. He is a partner in Berman Rosenbach law firm, NJ, and has law degrees from University of Pennsylvania Law School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge. Philip represents clients in the areas of Business Consulting, Business Law etc. Phil’s past employment positions include, Hon. Sidney Schreiber (NJ Supreme Court), Law Clerk, 1977 – 1978, Lowenstein Sandler, Associate, 1979 – 1983, Felzenberg, Seigel & Eber, Associate, 1984 – 1987.

Roger Cohen
The founding partner of autoKthonous Market Solutions, Roger J. Cohen is a business communicator and marketer who for over three decades has achieved successful results in the fields of law, consulting, journalism, government and politics. Roger is associated with Microexcel as  a strategic consultant in the areas of marketing and communication.

Prior to founding autoKthonous, Roger led global marketing communications for White Case LLP, one of the world’s largest international law firms for eight years. He also worked as a policy official, business planner and communicator at the Port Authority of NY & NJ and had a hand in many important issues and decisions such as the development and promotion of a regional transportation capital investment program, the Port Authority's response to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
