Customers in the MENA region can now go directly to Microexcel for all licensing, services, and support needs for Microsoft Cloud Productivity Suite of Products
Dubai, UAE (March 14, 2017) – Microexcel®, a global provider of technology solutions and services, today announced the achievement of becoming an approved, direct Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) for the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. The inclusion into the program represents Microexcel’s strong capabilities as a trusted advisor on Microsoft related offerings throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
As the demand for Microsoft Cloud Productivity solutions, including Office 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365, continue to grow at a rapid pace, inclusion into the Microsoft CSP program provides confidence to customers as it showcases the partner’s commitment to the Microsoft platform, technology expertise and track record of delivering meaningful solutions.
“We’re excited to be a direct Microsoft CSP partner in the MENA region as Microexcel’s reputation as a recognized go to partner for Microsoft related needs is rapidly growing,” said Sukesh Govindan, managing director, Microexcel for the MENA region. “With this inclusion, our customers can enjoy deeper relationships and engagements with Microexcel and be confident in our ability to exceed their expectations in every phase of their journey to the cloud. Our customers benefit by working directly with us for more seamless services such as direct billing and new service models such as pay-as-you-go and flexible support options.”
As a participating member and authorized partner of the CSP program in the MENA region, Microexcel is offering customers prepackaged bundled plans, as part of its ME Cloud portfolio, as well as the flexibility to include add-on solutions and services at optimal savings. The ME Cloud offers many bundled plans to suit a variety of needs and scale and includes services such as license subscription, storage, back up, integrated managed services, and easy billing.
The CSP program continues to grow in importance as Microsoft announced that as of February 1, 2017, new Azure customers will no longer be added through the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) and will be guided primarily to the CSP program.
Microexcel is deeply committed to the Microsoft technology stack and continues to invest in the development of its consultants, infrastructure, and solution portfolio. Microexcel has multi-level partnerships with Microsoft and is part of an elite 2% of Microsoft partners in the U.S.A that have approved managed partner status, is a direct Cloud Solutions Provider in the U.S.A and MENA regions, and is also a Gold level partner in four recognized areas including Analytics, Application Development, Collaboration and Content, and Cloud Productivity.
