For the April blog post, we wanted to showcase a quick video blog from Customer Dynamics, a Microexcel company, which provides a tutorial on leveraging the powerful feature of Advanced Find in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create user defined lists.

As the volume of records increases in Dynamics 365, it becomes extremely difficult to search through records using Dynamics 365 with the application’s basic search function. How can you filter and search through the application’s data quickly? This is where Advanced Find comes in handy. You can use Advanced Find to create views of data that meet certain criteria, and save those views for yourself and to share with others.
