We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our growing consulting practice.

The Senior Change Management Consultant with demonstrable experience in Business Transformation and Organizational Change to join our Management Consulting team and participate in client engagements delivering organizational change and transformation solutions for clients facing change. This role is responsible for defining the organizational change strategy and leading delivery for each aspect of organizational change on projects that strengthen our client’s business objectives while enhancing their ability to achieve results. The candidate will build upon our firm’s position as a trusted strategic advisor while actively engaging in the Management Consulting solutions through the entire project delivery cycle from pre-sales through delivery. The Senior Change Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in Microexcel’s consulting projects while providing expertise in organizational change and transformation, contributing to the development and sustainability of long-term partnership with our clients.

This position can take place in any of our firm’s major US offices, at our client’s locations, and can be supported remotely. Some travel may be required based on client requirements.

Key Professional Responsibilities Required:

  • OCM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh, etc.) where able to work side-by-side assessing, building, and executing tailored learning and development plans and understanding OCM principles.
  • Strong learning and development skills

  • Facilitate and co-create the SAP business transformation vision and case for change.
  • Define, develop, and drive the execution of the overall OCM strategy based on the documented change strategy and plan.
  • Identify and analyze program sponsors and stakeholders and define engagement/action plans.
  • Develop the overall change Communication strategy and plan to include creating and delivering internal and external communications, messages and supporting materials.
  • Develop support networks (e.g., Change Champion Network, Super User Network, etc.), roles and responsibilities, and timeline to support change activities.
  • Conduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization and develop and execute change leadership activities to support the transition.
  • Define and manage the execution of Training Strategies and Plans.
  • Develop and manage positive and effective relationships with Microexcel’s Leadership to support the client base and advance Microexcel’s goals while building our position as the trusted partner of choice.
  • Help drive OCM and transformation specific best practices within the delivery team to align with our strategic OCM and transformation practice roadmap.
  • Engage and maintain positive, productive relationships with client team members, committees, community and business leaders, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Engage in continuous learning activities to stay up to date with solutions offerings and leverage the team to drive the best overall solutions for the clients.
  • Experienced in classroom and distance learning, in both synchronous and asynchronous environments.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years delivering organizational change and business transformation solutions.
  • Ability to travel depending on need and geography.
  • Ability and experience leading a team.
  • Familiar with formal organizational change methodologies
  • Credible knowledge across the Life Sciences domain
  • Familiar with technology standards and implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent software knowledge of SAP or other enterprise technology transformation driver
  • Demonstrated experience building fruitful business relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization.
  • Ability to evangelize Microexcel’s solution offerings to our clients and communicate the business impact of new products and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational analytical and project management skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and successful client relationship development skills
  • Must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous consulting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with and willingness to contribute to proposals and SOWs
  • Experience working with off-shore development teams
